I have a hard time to say the least-
I always get these few lashes in the middle that clump togeth to form on bug mess,
and after trying to "un-clump" them, they only end up more clumped and dark and overdone.
I am currently using covergirls "GreatLash" and I like it, but am willing to change if nessicary.
Anyone wanna give me the basics?

Make up brings out the best in every woman. Mascara makes eyelashes look longer, darker, fuller and thicker and conditions them too. It helps to open up eyes to a great extent. You can create a dewy, fresh look with makeup, or a bronzed, sophisticated look. It is available in neutral shades such as black, dark brown, and dark gray and it is also available in navy, blue, clear and a host of other fad colors.
Apply mascara at the lash base. Then wiggle the lash comb through to the tips of your lashes. Not into the lash comb? Get rid of clumbs without them by removing excess mascara from the wand. Wipe wand on tissue, this eliminates blobs BEFORE you start.
The best way to use this kind of a curler is to get as close to the eyelash line as you can, crimp and count to five slowly. Move the curler out just slightly and crimp again, move with the angle of the eyelashes. Depending on the length of your lashes, do repeatedly until you have curled all the way out. Most people can do this 2-3 times.
According to some beauty experts, mascara tubes should be replaced every three months and pumping the mascara wand repeatedly into the tube dries out mascara more quickly. It usually has enough mascara to use already.
Hold a magnifying mirror slightly above your face and position the mascara wand vertically straight in front of you. Lightly stroke down the bottom lashes, moving from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. Wipe off any excess on a tissue.
Using a proper application technique when applying mascara is extremely important to achieve a finished look.
Every woman must select right dress according to the nature of body. Before choosing any dress, decide the type of body, as there are different height and weight and age. One should dress in free flowing clothes in a particular tone for getting a slim and long look. Try fabrics like georgette or chiffon for dresses. One must wear clothes according to size. Loose fit clothes do not give good look to anyone. One should wear fitted clothes to appear gorgeous. One must be alert about wearing accessories as these talks more than dress. Women should be certain about jeweler that suits one’s face.
Apply to the upper lashes of one eye from base to end repeatedly, building on the ends, until you've got the right look. Then recoat the wand and switch to the other eye. Do the bottom lashes last holding your wand in a vertical position.
When you apply mascara - always have a cotton bud handy. This way when it smudges above or below the eye, you can quickly and easily "erase" it before it dries.
Keep in mind that using less mascara on your lower lashes will enhance your eyes and save you time.
Use a lash primer or conditioner. Primers coat lashes and separate them before you apply mascara. It helps to lengthen and add volume to lashes, and acts as a base coat before curling to guard against breakage. It also moisturizes brittle lashes and helps mascara last longer.
The mucous membranes around the eye harbor all sorts of bacteria that can easily latch on to a mascara brush. If you come in contact with another person's germs, you could wind up with conjunctivitis or some other infection.
The key to applying masscara is to paint thickly at the eyelash roots and gradually thin as your appoach the tips. This way you can create stunning dramatic eyelashes which still look natural.
Mascara is used from the underneath by holding the wand horizontally alternate to the eyelid and the brush is rolled slowly in the upward stroke.
Always remove eye makeup at the end of the day.
